I've never encountered a driver so meticulous about every detail. I'd recommend this company to every single person I know.

Jiuzhaigou in autumn is unlike anything on earth. The colors in the water, the mist rolling through the mountains. XIN scheduled our visit on a weekday and we had the main valleys almost to ourselves. Worth every penny.

Our guide spoke English like a native speaker and was incredibly attentive. After our day ended, we wanted to try shopping online in China and ran into some trouble. We simply sent a message on WhatsApp complaining about it. Within 20 minutes the guide had come back to our hotel to help us in person. I know for certain no guide in my own country would do that.

From our very first inquiry to the moment we boarded our flight home, every interaction was professional and warm. They recommended timing we would never have figured out on our own, like watching the sunrise over the Bund.

We got a reservation at one of those impossible-to-book restaurants in Shanghai, the kind that normally requires months of advance notice. XIN arranged it without a fuss. The tasting menu was genuinely one of the best dining experiences of our lives.

Our driver in Chengdu had cold bottled water and wet towels ready every single time we got in the car. After long days of walking, those small touches mattered more than I expected. Everything felt effortless and unhurried.

The Great Wall at Mutianyu was completely empty at 7am. Our guide timed everything perfectly so we beat every tour group. I've traveled to 40 countries and this was the smoothest experience I've had.

Our Xi'an guide was a historian who knew the Terracotta Warriors excavation team personally. Having someone who could share those stories, not just point and describe, made the whole place come alive in a way no guidebook ever could.

Our trip was simple: just a few days with a private car and driver. What surprised us was that the things prepared in the vehicle were more thoughtful and abundant than what you'd find in business class on a plane. They even had a shoehorn. And of course, the driver himself was excellent too.

We'd been planning our Macau trip for ages, the one they call the Las Vegas of the East.
